1.Request for Estimate
A general idea of the translation fee can be estimated by the customer by counting the words and applying our price chart.
However, for the exact fee as well as the delivery date and any other information or inquiries, please contact us below:

- Should the translation be of confidential nature, we provide our customer with non-disclosure agreement.We will mail two copies of the signed non-disclosure agreement upon your request.Please click the following icon for standard non-disclosure agreement. Our staff members and translators are trained on best practices for maintenance of confidentiality. Every project is treated as a confidential matter for privacy protection and for preservation of commercially sensitive matters. Furthermore, should the content of translation be of highly sensitive and confidential nature requiring extra precautionary measures, we provide our customer with non-disclosure agreement. We will mail two copies of our signed non-disclosure agreement upon your request. Please click the following icon for a preview of our standard non- disclosure agreement. You can also print the attached and mail two copies of the signed agreement and send that to us. We will send back one of the copies with our signature on it.
2. Our Estimate
Upon receipt of your request and review of the material, we will send you an estimate and expected delivery date within 24 hours during business days by e-mail and/or fax.
3. Order
The customer confirms the receipt of our the terms and conditions (including estimate of fees and delivery date) and places an order with us by telephone, by FAX, or by e-mail.
4. Payment
For orders under 5000JPY, we require payment in full in
advance.
For orders ＄100000JPY above, we require a prior payment of 50% of the
total amount.

5. Commencement of Work
Upon confirmation of payment, we start with our translation process immediately.
6. Delivery of Translation
Normally our translation product is delivered by e-mail in the format the customer requested. We also offer mailing of CDs, and printed matters should the customer notifies us prior to delivery.
7. Payment of Balance (if any)
For customers who have made partial payment, the remaining balance is due within 5 business days after the receipt of our translation work.
8. Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our translation. We offer post delivery editing and correction of the original material we translated free of charge for one month after we have submitted the translation product.
